Key Requirements:
✅ 12+ years of sales experience in Building Materials
✅ Experience handling a team of 7–10 sales professionals
✅ Managed sales across 2 or more states / Zonal sales experience
✅ Strong channel sales & project sales exposure
✅ Willing to travel 7–10 days per month
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor the regional sales team
• Drive revenue growth and achieve business targets
• Develop distributors, dealers, architects, consultants & project customers
• Expand market presence and identify new business opportunities
• Monitor team performance and market trends
