Hiring | AI Engineering Manager – Agentic AI

We are partnering with a leading global technology organization to hire an AI Engineering Manager who will lead the design, development, and deployment of production-grade Agentic AI platforms.
This is a leadership role for someone who has successfully built and scaled enterprise AI solutions and has hands-on experience delivering Multi-Agent AI systems in real-world production environments.
Key expertise we’re looking for:
• Proven experience building and deploying production-grade Agentic AI applications
• Strong understanding of Multi-Agent Architectures and orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, MCP, Vector Databases, AI Agents, and Prompt Engineering
• Strong software engineering background with Python, Java, or Go, microservices, cloud-native architectures, and distributed systems
• Experience leading engineering teams, driving technical strategy, and mentoring high-performing engineers
• Passion for solving complex enterprise-scale AI challenges with a strong focus on reliability, scalability, and performance
