Key Requirements:
✔️ 8–10 years of HR experience in the manufacturing industry
✔️ Minimum 5 years in a leadership role
✔️ Currently working in Nigeria

• Employer Branding & Agency Management
• Organization Development
• Performance Management Systems
• Learning & Development
• Compensation & Benefits
• Employee Relations & Counseling
• HR Policies & Compliance
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Lead end-to-end strategic recruitment and workforce planning.
🔹 Build and strengthen the employer brand to attract top talent.
🔹 Drive organization development and succession planning initiatives.
🔹 Design and implement effective performance management frameworks.
🔹 Partner with business leaders to enhance employee engagement and productivity.
🔹 Oversee compensation, benefits, training, and employee relations across the group.
