Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
Lead talent acquisition, workforce planning, and employer branding initiatives.
Drive performance management, employee engagement, and retention programs.
Oversee learning & development, succession planning, and leadership development.
Manage compensation & benefits, HR operations, and statutory compliance.
Ensure adherence to all applicable labor laws, statutory regulations, and HR compliance requirements.
Partner with business leaders to strengthen organizational effectiveness.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work culture.
Lead and mentor the HR team while ensuring best HR practices across the organization.
What We’re Looking For
10–14 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles.
Strong expertise in HR strategy, employee relations, talent management, and compliance.
In-depth knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliances is mandatory.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
MBA/PGDM in HR or a related qualification is preferred.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
