Are you an experienced HR professional with a strong manufacturing background and a passion for building high-performing organizations?
We are looking for an HR Head to lead the HR function for a mid-sized manufacturing company based in Pashamylaram, Hyderabad.
📍 Location: Pashamylaram, Hyderabad
💰 CTC: ₹12 – 20 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead end-to-end Plant HR Operations
✅ Drive Talent Acquisition & Manpower Planning
✅ Implement and manage the Performance Management System (PMS)
✅ Develop and execute Employee Engagement initiatives
✅ Formulate and implement HR Policies & SOPs
✅ Lead Focus ERP/HRMS implementation and ensure successful adoption
✅ Ensure statutory compliance and labour law adherence
✅ Partner with business leaders to build a high-performance culture
Desired Profile:
✔ 10+ years of HR experience in the Manufacturing Industry (Mandatory)
✔ Strong experience in Plant HR, Recruitment, PMS, Employee Engagement & HR Policy Development
✔ Hands-on experience in Focus ERP/HRMS implementation (Mandatory)
✔ Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
