Site HR Head – Kandla SEZ, Gujarat (Pharmaceutical Formulation Plant)
Key Requirements:
✔ 15–18 years of experience in Plant/Factory HR within the Pharmaceutical Manufacturing industry
✔ Strong knowledge of Labour Laws, Factory Act, Industrial Relations (IR), Employee Relations (ER), and Statutory Compliance
✔ Hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition, Manpower Planning, Employee Engagement, and HR Operations
✔ Experience in handling Regulatory Audits such as USFDA, MHRA, WHO-GMP, EU-GMP, ANVISA, TGA, or other global regulatory inspections from an HR compliance perspective
✔ Good understanding of HR SOPs, Documentation Practices, HR Policies, Learning Management System (LMS), Training Matrix, and Training Compliance
✔ Experience in managing Contract Labour, Labour Contractors, Payroll Coordination, and Statutory Compliance
✔ Exposure to HRMS, HR Analytics/MIS, and Digital HR Processes
✔ Proven leadership experience in handling an team of 5 HR professionals
✔ Ability to communicate in Gujarati is mandatory.
✔ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
✔ Willingness to relocate to Gandhidham, Gujarat
