We’re looking for an experienced Brand Manager to drive brand growth, lead product launches, execute integrated marketing campaigns, build influencer partnerships, and deliver strong commercial results for a leading beauty brand in Kenya.
What we’re looking for:
✔ 5–8 years of Brand Management / Marketing experience within Beauty, Haircare, Personal Care, Cosmetics, or FMCG
✔ Proven experience in brand building, product launches, consumer marketing, and commercial management
✔ Strong hands-on BTL marketing experience including consumer activations, retail executions, trade marketing, and on-ground campaigns (mandatory)
✔ Experience working in-house with a brand preferred.
✔ Strong understanding of the Kenyan consumer and market landscape
