✔️ Proven experience in the fashion retail industry
✔️ Strong multi-store operations & sales management experience
✔️ Experience managing 24+ stores across South India
✔️ Revenue, profitability & business growth orientation
✔️ Expertise in driving store productivity, KPIs & operational excellence
✔️ Strong people leadership with experience managing and developing large retail teams
✔️ Hands-on experience in VM execution, inventory control, shrinkage management & customer experience
✔️ Ability to drive sales through coaching, performance management and strategic planning
✔️ Willingness to travel extensively across the region
