Area Sales Manager – NPWT / Advanced Wound Care
Location:– Jaipur
Job Summary:
Area Sales Manager (ASM) will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market presence for the Advanced Wound Care/NPWT portfolio within the assigned territory. The role involves executing sales strategies, managing and developing channel partners and key customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales and profitability targets. The ASM will work closely with distributors, hospitals, and healthcare professionals to maximize product adoption, ensure customer satisfaction, and strengthen the company’s presence in the assigned area.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead regional sales initiatives to drive revenue and profitability.
• Lead, coach, and manage the regional sales team.
• Build hospital, clinician & KOL partnerships.
• Execute regional marketing initiatives and support product launches.
• Train, mentor, and review sales team performance.
• Prepare business plans, forecasts, and territory strategies.
• Manage budgets, collections, and regional profitability.
• Collaborate with Clinical, Marketing, Finance, HR, and Operations teams.
Experience Required:
• Experience in Medical Devices/Healthcare Sales
• 3–5 years of leadership experience as Area Sales Manager
• Prior experience in Advanced Wound Care/Critical Care is preferred
