We’re Hiring | Regional Sales Manager / Area Sales Manager – Riyadh South

We’re looking for a results-driven RSM/ASM to strengthen our sales leadership and accelerate growth across key channels.

What we’re looking for:
🔹 10–12 years of overall sales experience
🔹 Minimum 6–7 years experience as RSM within KSA market
🔹 Mandatory experience across Modern Trade, General Trade, HoReCa, and Discounters
🔹 Strong Arabic & English communication skills (written & verbal)
🔹 Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive regional business performance and achieve sales targets
• Lead, mentor, and build high-performing sales teams
• Manage key accounts and distributor partnerships
• Ensure strong execution of trade marketing initiatives
• Track market trends, competition, and drive data-based decisions

Ideal Candidate:
✔ Strong leadership and execution capabilities
✔ Proven track record of scaling business across channels
✔ Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management
✔ FMCG / Consumer Goods experience preferred
