Area Sales Manager
📍 Location: Guwahati / Lower Assam
(Candidate can be based in Guwahati and will be responsible for handling the Lower Assam territory.)
💰 Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Negotiable for the right candidate)
We’re Looking For:
✅ 4–8 years of experience in Building Materials, Roofing Sheets, Steel, PEB, Cement, Construction Materials, or related industries
✅ Strong dealer and distributor network across Lower Assam
✅ Proven track record in achieving sales targets and business development
✅ Ability to appoint new dealers, expand market presence, and strengthen customer relationships
✅ Excellent communication, negotiation, and territory management skills
✅ Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive primary and secondary sales across the assigned territory
• Develop and manage dealer/distributor networks
• Generate new business opportunities and expand market share
• Coordinate with channel partners to achieve monthly sales targets
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
