About the Role
#NewShop is hiring 5 high-performing Channel Sales associates to drive our retail distribution network and channel sales. You will build and expand our retail channel footprint by pitching our product lines directly to retail stores. This is a pure field sales role focused on market penetration, order booking, and managing channel relations.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in General Trade (GT), field sales, or channel distribution within the FMCG or retail sectors.
Language Skills: Mandatory fluency in English, Hindi, and the Local Regional Language (e.g., Kannada in Karnataka, Telugu in Andhra Pradesh).
Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license for daily market visits.
Skills: Strong field negotiation, relationship building, and channel management skills
