### ✅ Mandatory Requirements
* 8–15 years of experience in **Software Development, Enterprise Applications & System Integrations**
* **3–5+ years** of experience leading development/application teams
* Strong hands-on expertise in:
* Oracle Database
* Microsoft SQL Server
* PostgreSQL
* Experience in:
* API Management & Enterprise Integrations
* ERP Integration with third-party applications
* Oracle Fusion ERP Integrations (Preferred)
* Project Management & Application Modernization
* Strong understanding of **Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Supply Chain, HR & Healthcare** business processes
### 🔹 Preferred Skills
* Oracle Fusion Reports, BI Publisher & OTBI
* Cloud Technologies & Modern Software Architectures
* ERP Implementation & Post-Go-Live Support
* Healthcare Information Systems (HMS/EMR) – Added Advantage
* SQL Performance Tuning, Database Optimization & Reporting Dashboards
