10+ years of Salesforce experience with at least 4–5 years in an Architect role.
– Proven experience designing and implementing Salesforce solutions within higher education institutions.
– Hands-on experience with Academic Structures and Student Information Systems.
Lead end-to-end solution architecture for Salesforce implementations within higher education institutions.
– Design scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions aligned with institutional goals and enterprise architecture standards.
– Define architecture patterns, integration strategies, security models, and data governance frameworks.
– Create solution blueprints, architecture diagrams, and technical design documentation.
