Are you passionate about sales leadership and team management? We’re looking for an energetic and results-driven Territory Sales Manager (TSM) to join our team in Pune.

💼 Department: Sales / Business Development
💰 CTC: Up to ₹10 LPA
👤 Reporting To: Area Sales Manager (ASM)
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead, manage, and motivate a team of 10–15 Field Sales Executives (FSEs)/Key Account Managers
✅ Drive deployment, revenue (GMV), and productivity targets
✅ Monitor team attendance, performance, and policy adherence
✅ Recruit and onboard new Field Sales Executives as required
✅ Conduct daily training and coaching sessions to improve team performance
✅ Ensure quality onboarding while minimizing team attrition
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in field sales/team handling
Strong leadership and people management skills
Experience in hiring, coaching, and driving sales performance
Target-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
