Engineering Manager (6–9 Years)
We’re looking for hands-on engineering leaders who can:
* Lead and mentor engineering teams
* Drive execution and delivery
* Build scalable backend platforms
* Work closely with Product and AI teams
* Remain technically hands-on when required
Technical Architect (7–10 Years)
We’re looking for architects who can:
* Define long-term technology strategy
* Design scalable backend and AI platforms
* Review architecture and mentor engineering teams
* Drive engineering standards and technical excellence
* Balance technology decisions with business outcomes

Our Hiring Process
* Shortlisted candidates will participate in a 2-hour Engineering Build & Discuss
* Session using a real-world engineering problem.
* You’re encouraged to use ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or any AI tool during the session.
We’re interested in understanding:
* How you approach ambiguous problems
* Your architecture and design decisions
* Engineering judgment
* Leadership and communication
* How effectively you leverage AI as an engineering partner
* We’re evaluating how you think—not how many lines of code you write.
