A leading US-based Global Networking Technology MNC is expanding its engineering leadership team in Bangalore and is looking for an experienced Hardware Engineering Manager to drive the development of next-generation high-speed networking platforms.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with globally distributed engineering teams building cutting-edge networking products for service providers, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of hardware design engineers, fostering technical excellence and innovation.
Own the complete hardware development lifecycle from concept, architecture, design, validation, and production.
Drive hardware architecture, schematic reviews, PCB design, board bring-up, and product validation.
Collaborate closely with System Engineering, FPGA, Software, Validation, Manufacturing, and Global Engineering teams.
Lead design reviews, root-cause analysis, and product quality improvements.
Drive Design for Manufacturing (DFM), Design for Assembly (DFA), and Design for Test (DFT).
Manage engineering schedules, project execution, technical deliverables, and team development.
Required Skills
10+ years of hardware product development experience.
5+ years managing hardware engineering teams.
Strong expertise in:
High-Speed Ethernet Switches & Routers
100G Ethernet Platforms
PCIe & PAM4 SerDes
High-Speed PCB Design
Signal Integrity (SI) & Power Integrity (PI)
DDR Memory & Power Distribution Network (PDN)
Timing & Clock Distribution
Hardware Debugging & Product Validation
Proven experience delivering networking hardware from concept to production.
Experience collaborating with global engineering teams across North America, Europe, and Asia.
