Performance Digital Marketing Manager (E-commerce)
Are you passionate about scaling brands through data-driven marketing and performance campaigns? We’re looking for a Performance Digital Marketing Manager to join the team in New Delhi and play a key role in launching and growing our new e-commerce initiatives.
Location: New Delhi
Experience: 3–5 Years
What You’ll Do:
✅ Plan and execute high-performing campaigns across Google Ads & Meta Ads
✅ Drive customer acquisition, conversions, and ROAS for e-commerce brands
✅ Manage campaign budgets, analytics, and performance reporting
✅ Optimize landing pages, creatives, and audience targeting through A/B testing
✅ Collaborate with creative, product, and tech teams to accelerate growth
We’re Looking For:
✔ 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing for E-commerce
✔ Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager
✔ Strong understanding of CAC, ROAS, LTV, AOV, Conversion Rate, and performance analytics
✔ Experience with Shopify/WooCommerce is an added advantage
